 Departments, offices, organizations and other entities in the College of Medicine & Public Health are encouraged to develop a Web presence. Space can be provided on the College's Web server, or we can provide a link to your server from our site. Please see the Policy Guidelines document for more details. 

Developers with a newly-created site must submit a Provider Agreement Form to the Information Systems Office, 1068 Graves Hall. The purpose of this form is to: 

  1. Establish a single person who is responsible for Web content for the new site.
  2. Establish that the departmental Chairman has reviewed and approved of the Web material.

Technical assistance on interactive pages and image creation is available from the Information Systems Office.  Brian Wilson, Manager of Web Services, can be contacted by calling 292-2238 or the Information Systems Office Help Desk at 688-5635. 

The Technical Guidelines document contains important information about file naming and directory structure. In addition to reviewing these guidelines, the policy guidelines, and completing a Provider Agreement Form from the College's Information Systems Offfice, developers of Web pages are reminded of their responsibility to have appropriate authorization when using copyrighted materials and such images as people's photographs. Web page developers may obtain additional information on copyrights by visiting the sites listed below:
