NOTES:

  •  If you live long distance from the College, you will incur long distance charges for connecting, and during the time you are connected.
  • To check processor size, memory size, free disk space, follow these instructions:
Processor Size and  Memory
1) Click start
2) Go to settings
3) Click control panel
4) Double click the system icon
5) Under Computer it will say Pentium and tell you the amount of memory (the memory needs to be 16 MB or above)

Free Disk Space
1) Click start
2) Go to programs
3) Click Windows Explorer
4) Click on the c:\ on the left side of your screen.
5) At the bottom of the screen in (  ) it will say disk free space (free disk space needs to be 25 MB or above)
 

The minimum system requirements for Citrix are as follows:

Pentium
Windows 95
16 Megabytes of Memory
20-25 Megabytes of Free disk Space
28.8 Modem

If minimum system requirements are not met, performance and stability problems will occur. Please call the College's Information Systems Office, 688-5635 with any questions.
